Terms & Conditions - Delivermoo

1. This giveaway is open to Irish residents in Dublin. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not allowed to enter.
2. To enter, Tweet @BenandJerrysIRL and include the #DeliverMOO. Entry into the giveaway is via Twitter only.
3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted.  Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions..
4. Opening date for receipt of entries is 5am Friday 10^th June and closes once a Tweet is posted by @BenandJerrysIRL announcing all the prizes have been won.
5. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. Fifty winners will be drawn from all entries received on a first come first serve basis within the entry time period. Winners will be informed by direct message on Twitter by @BenandJerrysIRL
7. In order for an entry to be eligible, persons must have a Deliveroo account.
8. In order for an entry to be eligible, delivery addresses of the Deliveroo account holder must be within the Ben & Jerry’s Deliveroo shop radius: 2.8km radius of Q-Park on York Street in Dublin city centre..
9. The prize is Deliveroo shop credit of €15 which will be added to Deliveroo accounts within 2 weeks of receipt of valid email address associated with a Deliveroo account. This shop credit must be spent on the Ben & Jerry’s shop on Deliveroo and must be used within 24 hours. Ben & Jerry’s will notify winners when this 24 hour window opens. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules
10. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Twitter. Entrants release Twitter for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.
14. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
15. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
