Priscille came to Ben & Jerry’s late in 2017 from her hometown in France, a country you may have heard of that has a pretty decent culinary track record (you should Google it). In fact, when asked about what in her background qualified her to be a flavour Guru, she started out by saying, “I’m French,” which is a very good answer. But she also has a master’s degree in food science engineering and has always loved food and cooking. Well, that love and her expertise brought her to our UK headquarters, where she’s been concocting delectable new flavours for ice cream lovers everywhere. A word of warning: don't expect any of her creations to include mint—she’s not a fan. On the other hand, her current favorite Ben & Jerry’s flavour is Karamel Sutra, for its “luscious gooey caramel” center. Whatever she comes up with, we can’t wait to try it!
